• Attorney Wallace has been nominated for membership to the American Trial Lawyers Association. Membership into the American Trial Lawyers Association is by invitation only and is extended only to those individuals who exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership in their respective state. Attorney Wallace has been named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers for 2008-2009 for the state of Massachusetts.
  
• Attorney Wallace attended the AITLAmerica Advanced Combat Training: How to Win Big in the Tough Trucking Case in Atlanta, Georgia on October 24^th-26^th, 2008.
  
• Attorney Wallace is now a member of the Association of Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America (AITLA).
  
• Attorney Wallace is now a member of the American Association for Justice.
  
• Attorney Wallace and Attorney Sheppard are now Qualified Mediators, having successfully completed the mandatory course work through Mediation Works Inc. • Attorney Wallace has recently taken the California Bar exam.
  
• The Law Offices of Edward F. Wallace, P.C., in addition to this website, has launched a Mediation Website and a blog. Clients can now text message Attorney Wallace at 978-995-4997.
• Attorney Wallace is now a member of MATA: The Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
• AITLA – the Association of Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America has now become APITLA – the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America. Attorney Wallace is an active member of this organization.
• Attorney Wallace has joined the American Association of Justice’s  Bicycle Litigation Group.

• Jeff Van Dell joined our team in January 2009 as a paralegal.  He graduated from the New England Conservatory of Music with a degree in composition. He received his paralegal certificate from Northern Essex Community College. He’s been serving the legal community for over three years.
• Nicole Wallace joined our team in August 2008 as an IT consultant and legal assistant. She graduated in 2002 from Smith College and received her master’s degree from University College London. She is currently completing a certificate in Computer Networking from Ashworth College.
